“The delivery's where all over the place, 20minutes notification to say 1 of the 4 different delivery's is on its way is not good enough especially when im at work and when the 4th one was delivered it was the wrong boards im still waiting for the final invoice after a week that it was all finally sorted not good at all”

“Great quality and easy to cut to shape. You need full overalls, face mask and goggles as it can get very itchy with contact on the skin.”

“Items arrived separately a week apart after the other items on the order were received. Had to cancel the tradesman due to this late order and still have not had the works done because of availability. No compensation offered, only a ‘sorry’ and don’t know what’s happened. Very poor”

“Terrible customer service. The aluminium tape I ordered (and paid for) still hasn’t turned up 4 weeks after the Cellotex was delivered. Insulation4less are blaming the courier, and have made no effort to follow up on the missing items, re-send or offer a refund.”

“Hi, when the boards were delivered they were wrapped with tape, which when removed took off the aluminium covering on the board. Also the corners had the aluminium covering creased. The covering was not repairable and had to make do with what was sent. Not great and wasnt happy but the boards were required that day to finish a job.”
