“Generally very pleased with this company, PIR boards are good quality and definitely the cheapest and way cheaper than my local builders merchants which makes no sense to me. This is my 3rd purchase from them. My 2 gripes were a) the website wouldn't accept my purchase order on 6 seperate occasions so I rang them and was told I couldn't order over the phone either, fortunately I was subsequently able to order fine later in the day and b) this time was I was told by email they would be arriving between Mon and Wed the following week and they actually turned up on my doorstep the Friday before when fortunately I was in to accept them, they need to be better at that. Overall,price wins & I'd buy from again and recommend them”

“Placed orderd july 29th still haven't had a confirmed delivery date spoke to an agent who said there's no knowledge of my order, spoke on the phone to be told ill get back to, can't comment on the product as I haven't even received a delivery date even.”

“Have ordered from Insulation 4 less, in the past 3 months. Both times were for sheepwool insulation, delivered direct from Ireland. The price was cheaper than ordering direct from Sheepwool Insulation, and the best price I could find. The sheepwool insulation is manufactured in Austria, shipped to Ireland, then delivered by courier to the end customer. Delays are inevitable, but was kept up to date, by both Insulation 4 less, and Sheepwool Insulation Ireland. Parcelforce is the main courier for the UK, and Sheepwool Ireland supplies tracking information to avoid non-delivery. I will use Insulation 4 less in the future.”

“Appalling, I am a builder and ordered from this outfit because they had a competitive price - Big order. No response from them for 14day days! I tried calling emailing, messaging. Then a full week AFTER the product should have been delivered (two weeks from original order) they finally get in touch saying they cant fulfil the order - but they still have my money and I am waiting for the refund - honestly avoid like a plague or you'll catch a proper case of the bargain burns with these charlatans.”
