“All went very well on problems from ordering ,we were told the product was not in stock but recommended an like for like alternative this was delivered on the date stated all ok thank you”

“Engagement withInsulation4less was good. Locally supplier initially delivered substitute food which were not like for like specification. Replacements were then not the 75mm thick ordered but 50mm and 25mm to make up difference. All delivered with 10days. I would consider using again.”

“Happy so far deployed insulation up and skimmed all good only thing wasn't happy about waited in all day for delivery it never turned up rang insulation 4less at 4.50pm who said that it would have been well delivered and would follow up at 9am next morning , We were women out of bed at7.20am with delivery signed for delivery guy said good thing is you won't be waiting g in all day for a delivery told him no that's because i waited in all day yesterday for nothing was told him that must be why they have insited on you as first drop off i did email insulation 4less to say it had arrived but didn't hear back until I got this review form happy with product just not delivery service or communication”

“Easy ordering free delivery on SOME product lines. Kingspan Minimum order volume makes these products unusable for the DIY market looking to do one room at a time..... pity as will have to look around for my next order from another supplier as I only need 8 sheets of insulated plasterboard at c. 30mm thick. This one was good though. Will use again I4L IF I can get to £300 on my order though Minimum orders of 24 sheets I will go to my local merchant and pay the premium.”

“The product was delivered as requested on the date that was requested. The items were in good condition. As of yet they have not been put up but I'm sure there will not be any problems.”

“Plasterboard arrived damaged along edge like forklift frork tip dragged down the side of the pack. Consignment was damp & cellophane wrapping had pocked with 4-5 litre water in it. Clearly consignment had been stored outside in weather. Otherwise reasonably good service.”

“Materials as expected and in good condition however the delivery date was promised in the order acknowledgement but I was not warned. This meant delivery arrived unannounced. Luckily I was in but had I not been there would likely have been problems.”

“Would have preferred to receive exactly what was ordered and so say available. However the price was excellent and the delivery guy extremely kind. I live on a lane where access is far from kind and have a cart track long drive. His tractor tyres on the fork lift worked a treat and save me lots of time and effort. So many thanks to all. I was recommended by a friend but personally I am not in the trade. If an opportunity arises I will suggest.”
