“The product arrived on time and the driver was very helpful. However it appeared that my email message regarding the fact that I have a zebra crossing outside my house with no off street parking had not been forwarded to him. As a result I had to wheel the packs of insulation from a side street to my front door.”

Hello Graham, Thank you for your review. We're sorry delivery didn't arrive on the expected delivery date and was delayed by a day. We do state on our order confirmations that delivery dates given are not guarantees and on rare occasions delays can occur which are out of our control. As regards the damage, we emailed you within 30 minutes of you bringing this to our attention. We asked you to send us pictures so that we could rectify the issue but you did not reply to us.
