“Ordered and paid for 14 sheets of insulation and 1 roll foil tape on 26/9/22 , 9 days later still no goods , constant emails ,phone calls and web chat to agents still not arrived not even a delivery date, .Have now received e mail stating that no roll of foil tape in stock so have not completed order.Please think very carefully if you are going to order from this company as full of excuses. My advice to any builder ,contractor is use a different company,”

“Great service, products are at competitive prices, my only slight criticism would be the delivery cost for my 5 rolls of insulation was a bit expensive. I'd guess that was down to size and courier prices going up recently.”

“I assumed the tape would be delivered at the same time as the celotex panels which I ordered at the same time and therefore would get free delivery. It was sent separately and I was charged £8 delivery of the tape. Why would I want tape before the panels? No common sense.”

“Prices were very competitive even with shipment cost included. Delivery was good. One out of the six Celotex panels delivered was probably a reject as it had been cut undersized and had more than expected damage compared with the others, but was still usable.”
