“Product Turned up damaged after delivery driver was going to deliver outside in the pouring rain and did not contact me prior to let me know that he was on his way! Once I examine the products and found that it was damaged I contacted customer services to be Told that this is acceptable as it is just minor damage, the damage was actually to all the corners their answer was we can collect it and give you a full refund not that they will exchange the goods for once which wasn't damaged. All in all very very poor service products very very Poor , would stay clear from this company. In the endwe had to use the product and make good with some from another company which was first class and cheaper.”

Hello Richard, Thank you for your valued feedback. These boards were not damaged, any of the negligible blemishes are considered industry standard and will not effect the overall performance of the boards. We will always replace damaged goods promptly but in this case the goods were not damaged. In relation to the contact prior to arrival, you were sent a text to your mobile with some tracking info on the day of delivery. We did not receive a request from you for a call prior to arrival, if we had done so we would have requested this for the drivers attention. “The prices are very competitive. Delivery was at the very end of the time scale originally provided and was different from what I had been told on the phone. General communication of the actual time and date of delivery was poor as I was only told on the day of delivery. Other than that the driver was friendly and helpful which is always nice”

“no issue with the product or delivery time scale , however i do take issue with the customer service adviser who was obviously working from a tin shed who then put the phone down when i said i coulnt hear what he was saying , 2nd rate and ignorant”

“Found insulation 4 less on line and saw good reviews so went with them and was not disappointed. It's so refreshing when you get a company that does exactly what it advertises but insulation4lss did more. Their communications were outstanding and very thorough. Everything was done professionally and the product arrived when they said it would (early in the day too), and all was good quality. Superb service and would definitely recommend and/or use again. I wish all firms operated like this. I don't usually write reviews but I am rarely impressed.”

“Can't fault the product or price delivery was when expected. But the attitude of the delivery driver was appalling. He said it was a two man delivery and made my retired mother in law do all the carrying whilst he stood in the back of his lorry and watched. No mention of it being a two man delivery at order otherwise alternative arrangements would have been made.”

“Very good service. The person who delivered my panels was very obliging. I am 77 and he carried them through to my back garden when it would have been much easier for him to dump at the nearest space.”
