“Whole thing was disaster, saying one date for delivery, once you pay, different story. Just take money and wait whenever will delivery happen.”

“I found ordering the number of rolls easy online, and they arrived promptly. The only thing I would say is that I was not given the opportunity to check the order before it had been offloaded from the delivery van and placed in my garage. The driver did not ask me to sign, and drove off while I was coming back from moving my car so he had access to the garage. Fortunately the order was correct. Also I was not advised an estimated arrival time when the order was on its way on the delivery day. Otherwise I am very happy with the order. Thank you.”

“Got the delivery date wrong, didn’t keep me updated with this until I had to contact multiple times. Was also meant to receive a phone call from sales to add onto the order, never received a call back. Service could’ve been much better.”

“Poor communication seemed like it was to much effort to chase the delivery when rung but never turned up on day confirmed had to wait in all day which put back my job for the weekend then rearranged for another day didn’t turn up till last thing wouldn’t use again. Positive- products exactly what I ordered”

“Took over a month multiple emails several phone calls before order arrived Had to pay fitter for days lost due to this and delivery at £75 should have been way better for that While staff v polite completely ineffective and don’t sort out problems happy to just for couriers to get back to them Delivery eventually poor Had to be advised as to how to get off van as on a pallet and had no tools to facilitate separation Could have been far better packed as could first package”

Hi Sharon, We are very sorry that your order got delayed. There was an item on your order that was held up on supply and the depot held back on the whole order until that 1 item arrived back into stock. Our understanding is that your order has since been delivered, After we found out there was a delay we contacted the depot to get everything on your order delivered and leave off that 1 item until it came into stock. It is advised to all our customers that they should not organise tradesmen to be on-site until after your order has been delivered. This avoids any downtime that may occur if there are any delays with your order on delivery. We do also advise all our customers that you must have a way of means off loading when your order arrives. In most cases we can do this for you, but on some occasions this is not possible. This is why we request for all customers to have a way to assist in the off loading of your order when it arrives.
