“Perfect customer service! I was trying to submit a promo code at the checkout and a member of staff got in touch over the phone to help me process it. (My number was accessible from the order details I provided) and it was just really great initiative on their part. My order arrived promptly and I was well informed in terms of when to expect the parcel. Also the items were received in perfect condition.”
