“Ordered 2 ukulele stands and the afternoon of the day they were ordered 4music contacted me to say they had no stock until March; but they had an alternative and would I like them,they informed me they were dearer in price; but they would let me have them for the same price,within days I received them, what excellent service.”

“A very good company to deal with. I bought a cocktail kit from them, it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately due to a physical problem that I have I could not play it as it is astand up kit and I can only play seated, they were very understanding and agreed to take the kit back and provided a full refund, it is shame because I thought the kit was good value for money and would otherwise been happy to keep it.”

“I ordered a ⅛ size violin for a little boy. I wasn't expecting an Amati but it was so poorly made as to be unplayable. I called and explained the problem to Mike, he told me to return it. I received a replacement of a different brand 5 days from my call. The replacement is fine and good vfm. That's good service. Sometimes things go wrong, it's how companies handle your reasonable complaints that make for a satisfied customer.”

“Within a few minutes of receipt, the base has broken off from the upright. It only inserts about eight of an inch into the base. Don't buy this piece, it's rubbish.”
