“Good price. Timely delivery. Just the joint screws of the stand were a bit rusted , but it does not really matter that much. There is scope for improvement by sending an acknowledgement email and details of the delivery.”

“One star down as I ordered the item online and then got a voicemail to say the item was out of stock. When the item arrived ten days later I was very pleased for the price, clearly a double guitar holder for £4.95 was never going to be the best quality but for the price more than acceptable. If your guitars are worth a king's ransom this is not the device for you. I have drilled a hole for the top screw to lock into the pole for a bit more rotational stability...If you buy it you'll see what I mean.”

“Very impressed with the quality of the Violin Ordered. The Rosin, unfortunately, was completely dried out and obsolete. What would be nice in the Violin case would have been instructions on how to 'set up and tune' the Violin including a website to view. I appreciate that that is NOT your role as you are Suppliers. As a total novice it would have been helpful and good Public Relations.”
