“The instrument in question was a baritone ukulele one of the position markers had fallen out and the bridge had been positioned incorrectly which meant the strings were going from left to right over the length of the fret board this of course also affected the intonation”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I understand you have spoken to one of our customer service assistants & resolved this matter. The Royal Mail service can be slightly slower this time of year due to increased parcel volumes, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and recommend that all urgent items are upgraded to the next day service if their delivery is time critical this time of year. “Delivery was delayed on the day but delivered to the drop shop successfully early next day.Shame delivery man had 209 drops for the day.obviously too much for one man.Maybe look at distribution organization to get a reality check.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We use a third party courier service, so unfortunately their parcel load is not decided by us. Your order was over the Black Friday weekend and DPD have released official statements in relation to their increased workload due to the surge in parcels over this period and regrettably some small delays have been experienced in some areas.
