“I ordered a light switch, which had imperfections in the finish when i opened the box. I contacted Inspyer Lighting with pictures, they responed very quickly and resolved the issue with no fuss and a new one was sent out. This is only reason I didn't give five stars. The light switch is cool.”

Hi Clare, thanks for your review, and sorry that you had transit damage with one ouf your lights. I have checked with our after sales team and they have told me they are aware of the issue and are working hard to arrange a replacement from the manufacturer ASAP. Dear Hilda, We are really sorry that you experienced a late delivery for your order. I have looked into your order and you are correct, the item was scheduled to be delivered within 1-2 weeks and it was in fact delivered the following week. Unfortunately we do sometimes experience delays that are outside of our control, and in this instance the manufacturer was late shipping to us which impacted your order. There was also a discrepency in the light temperature of the light that you ordered and we wanted to check this with you before shipping it out to you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, we will endeavour to improve our service and communication on such matters.

“Bulbs didn’t work with my new dimmers. The spec on the website required me to follow a link to the Tala site, which I didn’t do, but I did think Inspyer should include the requirement for a modern dimmer driver on their own site. Bit of a faff and expense sending the bulbs back, but a refund was forthcoming quickly.”

“We ordered a Foscarini Chouchin Light 1 in orange. Very good communication & shipped quickly. We returned the orange as we hadn't realised that it was quite opaque. It cost us £21.50 to return. We learned that the white is less opaque so went to order it as a replacement but saw that the 10% off code supplied was suddenly no longer valid on these lights. A shame as we'd budgeted based on the discounted price (I believe around £390) so are having to rethink this.”

“This is a lovely light and shade and the ethos is very nice as well, with a personal note in the box. The catch; it is expensive. But if you can afford it it feels like the money is being used in an ethical way.”

“Great products, with the first part being delivered in short order, the second part due to issues at the factory was delayed, information to the client could be more forthcoming instead of the client having to chase things up.”

“My only criticism is that when there was a delay of months with my Anglepoise lamp they didn’t inform me until I phoned them and had to keep phoning throughout the delay for updates despite asking to be informed as soon as there was an update on delivery.”

“This would have been 5 stars but the order was delayed months - but don’t let that put you off Inspyer Lighting because they kept me well informed the whole way through and the end product is of the highest quality and a pleasure to use. I’d order through them again.”
