“I know that the lights were coming from Original BTC, but I should still have been given an idea of when they were coming. Then when they were delivered i was only given 1 1/2 hours warning and unfortunately wasn't home so they had to be redelivered. i had ordered 6 lights, but then decided that i didn't want 2 of them and emailed Inspyer and i got a quick response, but i would have preferred more help with the invoice on how to return. The lights are lovely though.”

Hi Sharon, I'm really sorry you didn't get sufficient notice, this is very unusual - the system that Original BTC uses sends an automatic notification by email and SMS once the delivery request is booked with DPD for next day delivery. I think this must be a freak IT glitch as we haven't had an issue with this before. Not sure what you mean about the invoice - perhaps a typo - if you meant information about returns we have a dedicated link at the bottom of every page about returns - it takes you tomour FAQs page https://www.inspyerlighting.co.uk/pages/faqs Glad you like the lights though! “I would recommend this company and i cant fault them in any way. I cannot however recommend the Anglepoise lamp i bought. It looks nice but is poorly designed and made. It is floppy and flimsy, the cable clips are useless and it is really a table lamp with an extentsion added . You end up with an extra lamp base which is off no use. The bar which the springs attach to is to big for the arms and you can see that the metal will bend soon . Sometimes you dont get what you pay for.”

Hi Geoffrey, thanks for the kind words and we're really sorry to hear that you're not happy with the lamp. I actually have the 1228 desk lamp version on my desk in front of me and have been using it for the last 3 years or so with no problem. Anglepoise also guarantee their lamps for life, so if you do have a problem with springs or similar they will fix it free of charge, even in 10 years time (please make sure you have registered the product with them to qualify)! I should also point out that we offer a 14 day change of mind policy, so if you don't like the light / lamp for any reason you can send it back and exchange it or have a full refund. Finally, if you feel that the lamp is 'defective' then please send pictures and a short video of these issues to info@inspyerlighting.co.uk and we will liaise with Anglepoise to see if it is something they can fix for you.

“Received a nickel wall scone made by Heathfield and flux. Won’t be installing until March 2021.excellent quality. Sux weeks lead time. Just one negative that I did not receive a text to inform me when the delivery was booked in, would have given a five star if I had received a text Specifying delivery date.”

“Ordered a Tom Dixon Melt Table Lamp at a very competitive price. I had never ordered from Inspyerlighting previously and I was therefore a little cautious. Reviews were very good so decided to go ahead. Did not regret it. Comms very good and item was delivered well packaged and fully intact. Will definitely order from this site again.”

“Let down by poor delivery contact and reporting. Claimed order was delivered but it was only part of it. Had to be asked about the missing product and only then admitted a further delay. Need to do better”

Hi Colin, I'm sorry to hear you have had problems with your order. I have investigated and it appears that one of the floor lamps came back into stock before the other one. Rather than delay and wait until we had both lamps to ship together, we arranged a courier to deliver the available part of the order to you straight away. We acknowledge that a system limitation with our tracking emails meant we couldn't let you know that only one of the two items was being sent, sorry for any confusion. Hopefully though you have both items now and are happy with the lights themselves.

Dear Alison, I'm really sorry you haven't received your light yet. As you know, we have been in regular contact with the maunufacturer regarding your order and we know they have had multiplle delays, most recently with containers arriving into port from China. I know this has been both disappointing and frustrating and I wish there was something we could do to accelerate the delivery. Obviously, as we have mentioned to you before, we are more than happy to refund you in full if you wish to cancel the order or we can try and find you an alternative light that is in stock. I know you have now choosen to wait for the lamp, so we will of course let you know as soon as the lamp is ready for dispatch and send you full tracking details. Our apologies again for the delay and inconvenience, if you have any further questions please let us know.
