“Love the light but I had chosen to buy from Inspire because it stated that as a new Customer I would be entitled to a discount - turns out you only get the discount on a second order placed within a short lead time. Forget it Inspyer, I'll purchase elsewhere in future.”

Hi Les, we're glad you like the light! Regarding the discount - you can only get the additional 5% discount (on top of the 20% discount you already received) if you sign up for our newsletter. I have checked all our systems and you don't appear to have subscribed! If you sign-up now we'd be happy to refund you with the 5%! The email you received does mention that you need to check your goods within 24 hours of receiving them for transit damage, but this has nothing to do with using the discount code. Hi Mariana, As discussed over the many emails we exchanged regarding this order, the adjustable beam issue was because you used information from an old catalogue you had from a third party - the catalogues published on our website and on the manufacturers site do not say it has an adjustable beam, these ones are no longer made. We cannot he held responsible if you read an old brochure from another retailer. Regarding the incomplete order - we are very sorry that the 5 lights arrived with 2 drivers missing, we tried to rectify the situation as quickly as possible and tried to keep you informed at every stage. Unfortuately as these parts were being shipped from Italy to Bulgaria in the middle of the Covid lockdown there were many additional delays from both the manufacturer and the shipping company (who found it very difficult to find your address on several occassions). We are very glad that you received the entire order shortly after writing this review and we appreciate your emails to us thanking us for all our efforts. We hope that the service you have recieved from our company (as oppossed to the manufacturer and freight company) would warrant a much higher rating as oppossed to the 2 stars.... If you would like to discuss the matter further then please feel free to contact any of our customer services team.

“Following my notification ina delay in reciept of my order, it was given immediate attention and despatched. The Anglepoise lamp was expertly packed. E mails from the company were always replied to promptly and had a friendly note. I think the delay was due to the difficulties imposed by lockdown. I would order from Inspyerlighting again i”

“Very impressed with the quality of the Davey light fitting purchased. Slight delay in delivery but good email communication and true to word received as promised. Well boxed and packed. If I’m able to secure a neighbouring building I will be ordering 2 more identical fittings from Inspyer lighting.”

“Inspyerlighting were faultless when it came to my recent purchase from them, communication was good and the delivery was fast - perfect. I'm not as impressed by the Anglepoise ceiling lights I bought from them - ridiculously fiddly to shorten the, over 2 metre, cable, and the insides covered with an ugly sticker that takes the paint of when you try and remove it - but none of this is the fault of Inspyerlighting”
