Great communication from the team while waiting on the new floor lamp. When it did arrive at their warehouse I was out of the country and they arranged to have it delivered when I returned. Constant and clear communication about timing of everything was spot on. Really happy with the purchase and the support received while waiting for delivery of it.

Bought some Wall Lights to match some existing lights we have. Asked if a spare part could be supplied for the existing lights which we didn't buy from Inspyer "Unfortuantely we don't sell parts". Ordered parts from another company who couldn't have been more helpful. Guess who we will be buying the rest of the lights we need for our house refurbishment....

Dear David, We're sorry that you felt you received a 1 star service from our company. Sadly we can't provide every product and every service we would like to, even if we hadsignificantly increased capacity. For example, we don't do lighting installation, we don't do repairs, we don't sell novelty lights, we don't sell commercial street lights and we don't sell spare parts. As an online store we curate a collection of over 50,000 different lights and selling spare parts for them all would be an almost impossible task. We have chosen to focus on selling a broad selection of high quality lights, on an easy to navigate and highly informative website, with a smooth and intuitive purchase process, great customer service (for the purchase of those products), an efficient logistics service and a great after-sale service to deal with returns and issues with products that have been purchased from us. We note from your emails with our customer service team that the light you wanted the spare part for was 20 years old and not purchased from us. We politely expressed our concern that, even if we the manufacturer did make the light still and provided spares, then there was a significant chance that the part may have changed over the course of time (this is extremely common), and advised that you would be better to contact the manufacturer directly to ensure the spec was still the same and would therefore fit your light correctly. We maintain that this would be the best approach and we're sorry that this approach upset you. We also note that the lights you purchased from us were at a very competitive price and delivered to you within 2 weeks, far exceeding expectations of the 4-6 weeks delivery time we state on the website. Presumably you are also happy with the quality of the lights and all other aspects of using our company as we cannot see any other issues recorded on your customer or order record. A 1 star review on this basis seems somewht harsh, but that is entirely your choice. We do hope that you enjoy your new lights and we do hope that you successfully source the spare part for your other lamp. Best, The Inspyer Team

I appreciate the efficiency in handling matters, however, I kindly request that any potential delays be communicated in advance to allow for alternative arrangements and proper management of expectations. Despite the inconvenience caused by the delay, I intend to continue my patronage due to the high quality and stylish nature of your products. Dear Hilda, We are really sorry that you experienced a late delivery for your order. I have looked into your order and you are correct, the item was scheduled to be delivered within 1-2 weeks and it was in fact delivered the following week. Unfortunately we do sometimes experience delays that are outside of our control, and in this instance the manufacturer was late shipping to us which impacted your order. There was also a discrepency in the light temperature of the light that you ordered and we wanted to check this with you before shipping it out to you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, we will endeavour to improve our service and communication on such matters.

Great company, very professional - we were constantly in touch as our lights were manufactured abroad and waiting time was long. Delivery from the company was very safe and quick, they are very flexible and halpful. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a product, which at the time stated 3-5 weeks delivery. After a few weeks I emailed the company for a delivery estimate. They said it was subject to 4-6 weeks delivery time and to wait. Having gone on holiday and still not received it 6 weeks later, I emailed again. The response seemed to indicate the item was never ordered, but they would request delivery. Should be with us in around a week. A full 9 weeks after ordering the item arrived. I opened to find the wrong colour item. I once again emailed the company. They apologised, they used the wrong order code. They arranged for collection of the item the next week, but said the right item would be subject to another 4-6 weeks delivery. I certainly hope it will take less than 9 weeks this time. Whilst they have been responsive to my messages, I would avoid if you can.

Dear Krista, We are really sorry that you had a 2-star experience with your order. I'm afraid that you experienced an extremely rare error from our team when making the original request with the manufacturer, as you said, we selected the wrong code in the system and you received the wrong colour and we whole heartedly aplogise for this. Regarding the initial delay, the product information clearly displays a 4-6 week delivery timescale but as we state in our FAQ's we cannot guarentee this because of factors outside of our control. In this instance your item was ordered next working day (I can assure you it had not been forgotten), but due to the Italian factory shutdown in August this delayed the shipping of your item to us, by the manufacturer, by just over 2 weeks. Again we apologise for the delay but it was out of our control. However, we totally understand you frustration and we hope to have the new correct lights delivered to you in the coming weeks. I will ask the customer services team to reach out and offer you a further discount, as a gesture of goodwill, for the inconvenience caused.
