“Ordered some products I was promised by Kirsty I should have Thursday delivery. Tursday no delivery, and I was told there been an issue with the labels and they will be with us on Friday. I called Friday morning to ask for tracking, and was told there was an issue with the courier and someone was coming from Insight offices in East Sussex to hand deliver the item. 11am Paul turned up. Absolutely amazing service, thank you!”

“I was disappointed to discover your company was not available to answer phone enquiries or take orders on a Saturday.... I had been recommended to use your service by Ian Smith of Bird Free, whom I spoke to on a Saturday afternoon. Keen to get going and order the product straight away to alleviate a pigeon problem at my property, it was a shame I couldn't speak to anyone until the Monday morning. Ordering online was fine, but I was aware my order would not be serviced until Monday at least. Had you been able to speak to me on the Saturday, I would at least have felt that things were moving more quickly and the product would be with me sooner. Thanks, Joel Brown 07967 293452”

“Bird Free dishes were installed yesterday on a dormer roof where seagulls had nested last year (and we'd endured weeks of noise and being divebombed and the rest when the chicks, predictably, fell off the roof into the garden.) The deterrent effect was immediate! The gulls flew over a few times but veered away, and have even abandoned their lookout posts on the chimneys above the dormers. The peace and quiet is blissful! Highly recommended product, much cheaper than bird-spikes, very helpful advice from Ian Smith, and speedy delivery.”

“Very helpful prompt service, turned up the day after I ordered it, and the product is great - does exactly what it says on the tin! If you want to stop anyone being able use electrical equipment for any reason, this is a great solution - so quick and easy, no installation and it takes seconds to put on and take off. And safe - no messing with the socket, the plug or the cable, it just goes over the top. Highly recommended!”

“I had problems trying to order my purchase online so i decided to give up! then i received an email from Chris saying that he may have a solution if i wished to try again...we tried another way and it worked in part but he didnt give up, he carried on helping until he found a way for me to receive my purchase. The whole of my order arrived within a couple of days which is unusual in itself! The customer service that i received was excellent, Chris definately went above and beyond when helping me. “Happy with purchase although haven't used it yet. My only comment would be the delivery charges. Over £8 for a small package is too expensive and a cheaper delivery option would have been nice. I didn't need it next day but there was no other option as far as I could tell.”
