“I do not think I have received a more personal service from any other shop. They sent me my stuff immediately and checked twice if I have received them. Really impressed and I will shop from there again! Highly recommended!”

“It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Innes. From before we ordered our Moooi stools they were helpful and honest (in contrast to other high end furniture companies we have dealt with at the same time). Great to be kept up to date too we'll definitely be shopping with them again!”

“Excellent service, was called on a Saturday following placing order online to agree a delivery date. Package arrived on due date and was subsequently called to confirm parcel had arrived and was as expected and there was no damage from shipping. First class.”

“After a phone call to clarify details of my potential order - I could have been away when my order was due for delivery, but was reassured I would be contacted so a convenient day would be arranged. I then placed my order online, all was fine with confirmations as expected. As promised the call came, I was told my item had been checked, delivery was organised. What more could I ask?”
