“The product was a long time coming as it had to be ordered from USA I think but Innes sent me regular messages to update me and make me feel I hadn't been forgotten. They checked to make sure I still wanted it and when I phoned they were extremely courteous and friendly. They replied to every email as if my custom mattered to them. Would have given 5 stars if the product hadn't taken so long to come. I'm very pleased with the quality of the butter dish I ordered.”

“There was a pronounced wobble in the Artek chair I ordered. Innes contacted the manufacturer who supplied a replacement and collected the old one. Excellent communication throughout the process. Would definitely order from Innes again.”
