“I was looking for specific lightbulbs after buying some lamps from Soho House and Innes popped up from a Google search. Took a leap of faith and placed the order online. Seamless process to do so and got an immediate confirmation incl. when asked via their online chat tool re. delivery times - it was actually a human on the other side and not a bot (mobile phone users will understand...). Packaging was faultless and all lightbulbs worked a treat. Would definitely order again.”
