“Ivor Innes offer a wonderful selection of furniture and accessories, but it’s their service that sets them apart. I’ve been very impressed by the friendly team and their attention to detail. Everything I’ve ordered has been followed up to check it has arrived safely and that I’m happy with it, from the gorgeous Carl Hansen chairs a few years back to a beautiful Arne Jacobsen clock this month. With some companies, shopping online can be fraught with difficulties, but with the Ivor Innes team I feel I’m dealing with people who care for the products as much as I do!”

“Ordered a B&B Italia couch and a pair of Hay Palissade outdoor dining chairs from Innes during lockdown. Being based in London all our communications were via email which were always answered promptly. Happy to send fabric samples when we were deciding on a fabric for the couch. Chairs a little delayed but no fault of Innes and I was kept informed of new dates. Couch delivered sooner than we had expected which was a very nice surprise. A great selection on their website, great service and would not hesitate to order from them again. Dealt with David and Chris and both extremely professional and courteous.”
