“Love the dark bottles that the oils arrive in. Very well packaged. Fast delivery. Haven’t had a chance to use my oils yet.”

“I give one star, because I ordered a product, paid for it and received a product. I complained about the product - the smell and not what I expected. Got a phone call, with a defensive person at the other end, defending that nothing is wrong with their product. I was told about checking their 'perfect' batch in their factory, and of course, nothing wrong with their product. Inky ingredients appears to ignoring customer service regulations, they should use their 'faultless' product themselves. I wrote a letter to them after seeking advice about getting my money back, and I received no reply from Inky Ingredients, so that may sum up their deplorable 'highhanded' customer service tactics. Keep away, order elsewhere.”
