“Purchased heater was not packed well, and there were some damaged spots on it's surface. I don't know how to return the item after international delivery.”

“I am pleased with the infrared floor heaters that I bought from you. They are very easy to instal and operate, and very mobile. They provide a steady heat that gradually raises and then sustains the warmth of a room. In general I am therefore pleased with their performance. One reservation: you should offer models that have longer connecting wires. In some cases the length you offer is simply too short to reach the available plugs. Your clients then have to employ an electrician, at some expense, to replace and lengthen the wires you supply or insert new sockets.”

“The heater had a scratch across the control display and the brackets needed de-buring as the edges were still as cut from manufacturing. The controller has many functions and would be a lot easier to use if there was an app you could use. I have kept the heater de-burred the brackets and tried to ignore the scratch. If I had the option I would not buy this heater again.”

“I bought 2 heaters as I have no heating other than an open fire. The larger one 700w with thermostat control is installed in the living room and makes quite a difference. The room is comfortable even when the rest of the house is cold. The small one 300w is very basic, either on or off but does help to beat the chill in the hallway after a while. They both appear to be robust and very easy to install as long as you have a socket nearby. I personally don't like the look of them on the wall, blank white rectangles don't do it for me, so I will be looking to get more installed on the ceiling over the coming months but this will need to be done by someone who can do all the wiring properly.”

“Product is great, I’ve bought from this company a few times but latest customer service is awful. Bought a heater just after 1pm Thursday to ensure got delivery on the Saturday when I needed it. It arrived late Monday and when I was trying to find out where it was told no deliveries on weekends. Nothing on their websites but response was shocking. Buy from a company with better customer service and honest delivery promises”

“No issues with supplier. One star knocked off for using APC, who let this sit in their depot for a couple of days until they were nudged into remembering that they needed to deliver it. (Not the first time this courier location has caused issues for me.) And the tracking app can't find your item when they start sorting items for delivery.”

“"I had a heater installed in my small, cold en-suite. What an amazing difference! The bathroom looks much bigger and is now so warm. I call it my "magic mirror". It looks great and is the best thing I've bought in years. Very easy to set timer and quick to install. Excellent value! Highly recommended!"”
