“My infrared heater is the best investment I have made for heating my living room. Once the days start getting shorter it is on 24 hours a day at 15-16 degrees which keeps the room at a lovely constant temperature.”

“Due to a vehicle breakdown, our delivery was delayed by three days however, the picture infared heater works well and looks very good. We bought this heater as an extra heat aid for our porch area. Just to take the chill of our guest and also to provide a more pleasant experience when entering our home.”

“Purchased two heaters, price was good and delivery prompt. Unfortunately one of the units failed but they were quick to replace despite my attempts to confuse the whole process. They were very patient with me. I would recommend them for your heating equipment.”

“1) I was lead to believe the panel could be mounted vertically and/or horizontally; it's accompanying brackets allow only for horizontal mounting- and I wanted vertical. 2) The instructions for operating the panel and altering settings are appalling. Presumably some robot 'translated' the instructions from Chinese to English- they are incoherent and at times virtually impossible to follow; this is especially important given the complexity of altering settings.”
