“VThis is absolutely unacceptable! The heater arrived with a curry stain, making it seem like it was already used. Despite being advertised as brand new, there is even a dent on it. When I called to complain, some guy had the audacity to try and convince me to keep it in exchange for a partial refund. Outrageous!”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry regarding your experience with us. We pride ourselves with offering our customers a quality experience every time. We never send out second hand heaters or used items. We sell ONLY brand new and untouched quality units. We can only think that by some chance at the warehouse a returned heater got placed (by accident) on the new heater section. Regarding the agent. We are training staff at the moment and maybe one inappropriate comment got through during that training day. Our sincere apologies. Management

“I telephoned a couple of times as I'd a few questions about heaters and thermostats. The person I spoke to was very helpful and I subsequently placed an order.”

“Infrared heater damaged in transit. Customer Service is extremely poor. Apparently you have to open the box and inspect before the delivery driver leaves, except the delivery driver left it in in a public place unsigned for. They offered 15% refund... there is a huge dent which they acknowledged but dont really care or take responsibility and blame courier. My contract isnt with the courier Do not use this company”

“Well, you don't reply to emails and your chat thing goes to sleep for an eternity! Phone customer service was good, however. Bought an infrared mirror which seems to do the job, but the instructions are gibberish!”

We sell only quality heaters, We can not see an order in your name so we are not sure who you are. below it states you are in the USA to which we do not post, which is indeed strange too. The infra red heater company sell products from Eastern European and Italian manufacturers so this comment is not only mallicious, but its also very misleading and simply incorrect.

“My HEATER CEILING EXPLODED (Far Infrared Heater "Thermo Glass MAX" - 1200W) and shattered melted glass directly above where people sit. Thank god no one was sat underneath. This heater was faulty as the thermal cut out did not work. It is being sent to the electrical safety council for testing to find out if it did have a cut out or there wasn't even one fitted. The company immediately refunded me the cost of the heater but refused to ap the costs I incurred for the damages, which was over £600 for an electrician and to replace the burned carpet. Neither the company or manufacturer will re-imburse me which i find disgusting. Be very careful buying from this company.”

“confusing information and advice on what product to buy. Bought what was advised by one advisor and none of the heaters worked. You had to be parallel to the heater sensor which was on top of the heater to make it work (one worked 3 times then stopped!!) Going up and down a ladder everytime to switch 3 heaters on is not a viable option. Thats if they had actually worked. The team are responsive in getting back to you but again the advice is confusing and the send back information asks that you put clear tape on the box to send back!!!!!!!!! We dont have clear tape to hand. We believe in the philosophy and in the concept, The Amaryliss heater is a new product to them and for me I would have tested it out before advertising and sending to customers. This saga has cost us time and money. If I was the Infrared heating company and it was my mistake I would have been offering some recompense for the inconvenience and disruption to business. We are still committed to working with the infrared heating company and believe that we will come to a resolution and find the right product.”

“We have two infrared heaters in our house. We initially bought a mirror panel to 'test' this new technology we stumbled upon. It sounded too good to be true. But I must admit we have been pleasently surprised- we installed it in the dining area. The warmth from it is amazing. It really does feel like the sun! We were having mould and damp issues, due to the area we live in, and the panels have helped reduce that. After seeing its benefit, we bought a plain white panel for the main bedroom. It works so well in the bedroom as it's smaller and the warm is lovely. The service we received from the infrared heater company has been amazing. They took so much time to speak us through all the different types of panels and answer all our questions... And we had a lot! I would highly recommend them. We would also recommend you buy a thermostat with it as that really helps you to gauge the temperature in the room and adjust as need be. The only thing we would like is a function to turn it on for just an hour at a time. Otherwise we have been happy with both buys.”
