“Prior to purchase I discussed my requirements and I followed the advice. After installation I had an issue with one of the thermostats. Made contact and discussed the issue, ordered replacement and returned at own expense the faulty item. Received partial refund”

“A brilliant product for a great price. Bought a panel heater to give a background heat for after the main heating source has switched off, for a space of around 10-15Mtrs² with a vaulted ceiling, a very big ask for such a small panel! The panel is performing excellently, and maintains a temperature within the space of around 20°c with an outside temperature around 8-10°c, below this outside temperature around 18°c is maintained. For the little energy required to run this panel, around 300w, the panel is running very well from our battery installation for the whole daytime.”

“Delivery information is incorrect when you purchase. Ensure you check if you need it for a job on a specific day. I’m just about to buy another 15-20 panels but not from here as the customer service and responses has been shocking”

“After a few apprehensions, we purchased the mirror to use in the office . We can’t believe how efficient the heater is , admittedly we have linked it onto our Hive system purely for time clock control as the office is only occupied for 3 and half days a week , but it really has proved itself as a suitable replacement against the heating going on during the day throughout winter”

“I purchased an "industrial" heater for my garage/workshop to see what infrared heaters were like. This item was delivered promptly, was well packed and arrived undamaged. As to the heater, it heats up quickly, uses very little power and does warm up a large area. However, it doesn't heat up a space as quickly as a traditional fan heater so you will need to have it on for a bit before you use the room, but as it is such a low power you can afford to keep it on over twice the length of time for less cost.”
