About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I went online to order ‘online’ gift vouchers. What an absolute rigmarole, I’ve no idea if I have them or not, where they are or where they’ve been sent to??? I put in an email address expecting them to be instantly available. I was directed to some page that offered them to be ‘available in store’ or ‘sent to me’. I selected the sent to me option (why would anyone want to collect ONLINE vouchers in store????) and was met with a message saying it may take two days 😫. I’m none the wiser.”

“absolute joke of a service, looks like there is a similar trend the past few months reading reviews. 5 stars reviews? not sure where that comes from because I have had 0.5 star experience. 1st visor and pinlock arrived late. 2nd wrong items received, 3rd correct item never arrived, asked for updates and the possibility of a partial refund due to poor service. gave full refund and cancelled order. sounds to me they had no intentions of ever sending the order and dragged me along. take it for me spend the extra 5 pound and support your local guys.”

“My parcel wasn't delivered as I was on holiday and a note was left by the courier to advise that the parcel was being returned to Infinity. The staff at Infinity Motorcycles were very helpful and a replacement item was delivered very quickly which was much appreciated. I would use Infinity again, without a doubt.”

“First-class service was provided by Infinity Motorcycles. Items were delivered promptly the next day by DPD. I needed to change the trousers for a smaller size and rather than arranging for them to be returned, I travelled to the Norwich branch which had a smaller size in stock. Special thanks to Adam S at the branch who kindly helped me out with swapping out my Richa Cyclone Trousers for a smaller size. Excellent all round service and highly recommend a visit to your local Infinity Store, you won't be disappointed.”

“I have a £30.00 voucher which when i went to use it today i found out it is now worthless since the vouchers are now only valid for 6 months. Some warning would have been appreciated.”

I apologise that this was not the case. Our Club Infinity team are able to reissue unused vouchers if they exceed their expiry date and review these queries on a case-by-case basis. “Very easy to order n deal with - the couriers left item with neighbour but didn’t tell me - I phoned to query where item was as I received an email requesting service feedback from infinity. The young lady was really helpful and explained which neighbour had taken delivery in my absence - neighbour was in work and brought round later. Courier maybe should have pushed card through and advised ??”
