About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“First time using Infinity Motorcycles and it won’t be the last. I bought a pair of gloves for my better half that didn’t really fit when she tried them on. The return and exchange process was really easy and quick, return to post office on Wednesday lunchtime and exchange received on Saturday morning. Also great quality at a great price, I’m really impressed.”

“great value RST jacket and trousers, delivered quickly. As jacket was a little too snug , no problem they got a bigger size in the next day and swapped it at the Chiswick store, excellent customer service”

“Brilliant website, easy to navigate with excellent explanations on items. Delivered in a few days, well packaged and with a returns label.. Had to return an item,due to my error in ordering. Within a few days, the replacement item arrived with no hassles. Will definitely be using Infinity again for mail order.”

“Goods bought 👌 got email had points for discount told by branch can't use as not enough was£40 according to branch now £8.50worth,now Back to emails telling me to use points as I've no account ? although I've emails for points🤔 i spent another £400.00? Giving up on customer service”
