About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Helmet sent back for a larger size. I’ve had no communication from infinity and have had to call to check they received the returned helmet. 2 weeks later with not a single email or call from them I had to call again to check what was happening. Very poor communication from infinity.”

“What a great shop. Recently made a purchase as a brand new rider without any prior knowledge of what to buy. Henry in Farnborough was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with a clear passion for riding and safety gear - bursting with tips helped me pick out a helmet and gloves. This is why I opted for a specialist shop instead of something like Halfords. The same day I booked my CBT and intro courses and realised I needed my gear sooner. I spoke to Josh in the same branch who sourced me some gloves expedited so they would be ready next day. Excellent service, great polite lads.”

“I've just purchased a Kriega US 20 from James @ Infinity Motorcycles near Wallingford, Oxfordshire. The level of pre sales support I received was incredible. I was looking for luggage options to compliment my R30, so he gave me all of my options, of which none were perfect however he strapped all the options onto the R30, then demonstrated the sling pro. After a good couple of hours we identified the best option and I bought it. I strongly recommend going to see James or the young girl Ellie who was also helpful as their product knowledge was exemplary. A credit to the company.”

“I had a problem with a new helmet. It was a manufacturing issue that some may have felt was trivial but it was a top-of-the line helmet so even a small issue was unacceptable. The staff at Infinity went above and beyond to get me a helmet that was as it should be. 5 helmets were rejected and returned to the supplier before one was received that was actually perfect but Infinity did not let me down and kept going until the supplier got it right. I probably wont order a helmet online again but I definitely will shop at my local Infinity - which just happens to be the Camberley Infinity Warehouse. Excellent customer service!!!”
