About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“They would have got 5 stars had they sent the right-sized product. I ordered 2XL, the invoice said 2XL yet in the package was XL! Still seems pretty easy to exchange!”

“It was easy placing my order for two new Shoei Neotec2 Helmets for my wife and I and we found Infinity Motorcycles were the most competitive on price. I placed my order on Sunday and they were delivered to me on Thursday. Outstanding. The helmets have already been put to use by us for almost 2K miles, they're comfy, light, quiet and user friendly. “Bought a shoei gt air 2 helmet, had it on once and the air coming through helmet was absolutely shocking for something at £550. Shop sent back to shoei 3 weeks later helmet back. Will never buy from you again. Wanted a mesh intercom system sena srl2 and they gave me one that's not.”

“I received the wrong item in my order. This happens and mistakes occur sometimes, I contacted and requested the correct item be sent out. Sent them back, and received the order quickly, however it was the wrong item again. The service for the first mistake was amazing, but getting a response the second time round hasn't happened.”
