About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I have used Infinity twice now and have to say they are probably the best I have ever dealt with. Replied to my emails kept me informed and price matched my items. Delivery and dispatch are first class. Will definitely use them again.”

“Bought online to go with my heated waistcoat, along with a battery. Excellent service once again, including quick and friendly response to online enquiries. I used a voucher from a previous putchase and got a power cintroller thrown in too! Keiss items do cost, but after many years of use (and abuse), everything still works like new, just as you might expect.”

“My first visit to the quite new huddersfield branch, early morning as soon as doors opened 😀 store manager (forgot his name) really friendly and super helpful without being the typical salesman. Went for a warm jacket for the winter months and came out with a full suit, pair of gloves and a carbon helmet! Spent at least an hour with him and it was an absolute pleasure. Definitely recommend infinity and the huddersfield store, and I will be back soon. Once I've saved more money up 😁. Cheers team infinity”

“Re: Norwich store. I had several dealings with Amy and the store manager (sorry cannot recall her name) and they were very profession and patient, helping me find a helmet (Shoei NXR 2 – White) that fit correctly, and suited my needs and budget : ))))”

“I went to this shop and saw a jacket I wanted however not one one in my size. James ordered one for me which arrived next day before 10 a.m free delivery. Fits perfectly. What more could one ask. Many thanks.”

“Ordered my fairly expensive Jacket in the "Black Friday Sale" and didn't receive an updated 'despatched' email within a few days, despite the item as showing 'in stock.' I then read some really negative reviews and started to panic. I emailed Infinity and within no time had a response explaining item had to come from their supplier (my size, I'm guessing) but that it should be with them the next day, and they'd get it sent ASAP, organising a Saturday delivery. Yesterday I received the email saying it had been shipped, and it arrived this morning!! I cannot fault the service I received, the jacket was equal cheapest online, and has arrived as one would expect. Will definitely use Infinity Motorcycles for many orders to come!!”

“Having been on the phone several times with the team regarding the best fitting advice and helping out with an issue or problem with the fitting of my new "Quad Lock" system, I can only say that the entire team was a fantastic help to me, ensuring that I had every base covered for my options, would highly recommend buying from Infinity Motorcycles in future.”

“Disappointed in myself that I hadn't discovered Infinity Motorcycles before now!. Good service, fast delivery, good communications and keen prices. One thing I noted ( and didn't need to use)was free returns which other big named motorcycle outlets do not offer; so highly recommended.”

“My order was delivered promptly. The jacket was too small but the returns procedure was easy to use and the replacement arrived within a week of the original delivery. I was adequately informed of the parcel's location and delivery dates.”
