About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I have left my jacket for the second time to be repaired due to the same problem because supposedly it had been repaired, but the same problem continues. It took 13 weeks for it to be returned to me, now we are going to see how long it will take for them to return it to me. Nor do they give you a replacement jacket as soon as yours arrives because supposedly they were going to call me to see if they would give me one so far I have not received any calls and let's wait and see if it doesn't take another 13 weeks like the previous time. I do not recommend buying a rukka brand jacket here because it does not have a good service. I will keep you informed about my experience so that you can determine if it is a good service thanks”

Hi, I apologise for your experience with Infinity Motorcycles. When we send something off for warranty, the timing it will take, as well as the outcome, is always decided upon by the supplier. We do not have any say in this matter; however, I can assure you that our supplier does every test they can on our warrantied products. “Although the experience of using “ Infinity Motorcycles “ website was 100% satisfactory too navigate and order my items, the biggest let down was the postal delivery by DPD. The first part of my order was delivered into my porch without any problems. BUT!!! The rest of my order wasn’t what l was expecting. According to the DPD delivery driver he attempted to deliver but got no response from either myself of my wife, which resulted in having to collect my items from a superstore 4 miles away. Now getting back to the supposedly delivery by DPD, if the delivery driver hadn’t got a response, why didn’t he leave a card ? Which normally happens. After reviewing our DoorBell camera, l found there wasn’t any deliveries by anybody, then after checking our mobile phones we had NO NOTIFICATIONS from our video DoorBell, PLUS myself and my wife were both at home at the time of the supposedly delivery. I must reiterate that my whole experience of using “ Infinity Motorcycles “ should in no way put anybody of using there website or in fact using there store.”

“I called as had questions about sizing for a suit. Friendly and helpful with great advice. Suit is quality and arrived quickly. I was reassured that returns are free and easy. Would use again”

“Two things; the first is the online service is outstanding. Secondly the product a set of Daytona Gore Tex boots was very well made and looked and felt amazing. In fortunately I’ve had to return them as my feet are rather fat. BUT the return and refund was also outstandingv”

“Always had fantastic service from the team at Infinity Motorcycles, very good prices and the loyalty system is an additional bonus. Only ever had to return one item due to a sizing issue and a replacement was sent promptly with zero issues. 10/10 from me on all counts.”
