About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Great local biking store with staff whom cater for your needs! Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and customer service is excellent, and offer great impartial advise. Staff at infinity Christchurch Always go above and beyond to make sure you're getting what's best for your requirements.”

“Infinity Motorcycles had the best price on my helmet. Their communication is excellent and my package was delivered 2 days earlier! :-) Super Happy! Would definitely purchase from them again. Highly recommended the motorcycle shop.”

“Purchase all good, but then got the same thing for my birthday. Rang Infinity who answered straight away & couldnt be more helpful, received the returns form immediately, packaged up and got the refund a couple of days later. Great customer service, will definitely buy from Infinity again and hope not to mess them around next time. Many thanks Infinity”

“Ordered and delivered within 24 hrs. A problem with the first item was swiftly dealt with and the replacement re-delivered within 24 hrs of the original being returned. Many thanks”

“Other places might be (marginally) cheaper, but both the sales and after-sales support from Infinity is the best in the industry. Store staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic, after-sales support always responds within hours (in my experience) and their club points scheme is pretty generous. Support your local store!”
