About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Online ordering is the worst experience. After placing an order with all the required information, email address, telephone number etc I received a confirmation which was promptly cancelled the next day by Online manager Mike Spinks as suspicious or fraudulent. It takes only one quick phone call to the number provided and/or a quick email to verify the legitimacy of my order. Apparently, it is too complicated for an Online manager.

Hi, As a business, we use fraud screening on every purchase that is made with us. If we get notified that a fraudulent purchase has been made we cancel the order. Didn't despatch in the time frame they claimed they would. Had to be reminded by email to despatch then when questioned as to why, put the blame on being very busy, worded in a tone that made me feel like it was my fault! You either can give good service or you cant!

I would leave zero if I could. I ordered a product and was contacted by parcel force with a delivery date, I waited in all day (a days holiday) for it to arrive. I contacted Parcel Force to be told the wrong address had been put on the package. I then contacted Infinity who admitted the blunder and I was told they would send another right away, then received an email saying they had no stock they will send as soon as they have stock. I replied asking if they can arrange a Saturday delivery as I work during the week and I had wasted a days holiday waiting in for the first order. They said I had to pay a further £12 for this, when I complained and said I am not happy with this and asked for a refund, their customer advisor Jack just said ok we will refund you. Where is the customer “Good Will” wasting my valuable holiday time!!

Hi Tim, I apologise for the recent experience you have had with Infinity Motorcycles. I have had a look into your order and I can see that we made a human error when shipping the product to you. We asked Parcelforce to change the shipping address however due to their policies we could not do this for you. Our efforts in trying to rectify this error were the only options available due to the stocking error and we apologise that this was not satisfactory. I am sorry that this visit with Infinity Motorcycles has been unsatisfactory and we do not wish for the experience you have received to be the reason you do not shop with us anymore. Therefore, we want to offer you a £5 apology voucher. I can also confirm that we have refunded your order and should be in your bank soon. Thanks Danielle

As we had to order the trousers from our supplier the product was picked up by our carrier on 20/10/2022. Due to Parcelforce strikes on the 20/10/2022 your parcel was shipped on the 21/10/2022 and delivered to you on the 24/10/2022. Apologies for your unsatisfactory visit to Infinity Motorcycles. When I want to buy on line ,it doesn't recognise my email, and I have to pur all my information in again please sort it and I might buy more on line.

Not very happy at all. Placed my order with next day delivery over two weeks ago expecting it to be delivered on the Saturday or Monday, when I knew I would be home to collect it. Turns out after many emails and phone calls that they sent it to the wrong person. Still waiting for the order to be completed, with NO notification from infinity. I'm going to have to do more phone calls and emails again. Not good enough...No customer service at all.....but they took my money quick enough!!!!

Hello, We are sorry to hear about your experience with Infinity Motorcycles. You ordered on 17/09/2022 which was a Saturday, therefore with the bank holiday on 19/09/2022, your order was not processed until 20/09/2022 which is when it was ordered from our supplier for you. As Furygan is based in France, the products must pass customs and be delivered to one of our stores so we can ship the boots to you. On the day of your order, you were given an estimated delivery date of 11/10/2022. Thanks Danielle

Keep sending the wrong product every time fed up of phoning up trying to explain which item’s I want, then have to go to the post office to return the wrong item back with a letter telling them which item I want only to receive the same item I’ve just sent back very poor service 😖

Happy enough with the products. However, I couldn’t place the order online and because I live on the Isle of Man I was charged for delivery which costs no more than if I lived in the UK. Infinity need to address this if they want to sell “offshore”.

Bought a RST ALPHA 4 CE TEXTILE TROUSERS on their website; when choosing the size it doesn’t make it clear if it’s EU or UK size that I’m picking but the size guide shows ONLY EU size therefore logically I should’ve been choosing on EU size. But that’s not the case. After 4 days of waiting to go pick up the item on the store, when I get there I was expecting to have a M size (42 EU) but instead I got a 4XL size (52EU). Only noticed the “mistake” when I got home so I had to waste more time and fuel to go back again on the next day to the store and ask for another size. It turns out the item was discontinued and I had to get my refund. Wasted a lot of time and money for nothing, as an infinity motorcycle customer I found it sad that their website can me so confusing.

My order was sent to the Glasgow shop all though I had asked for it to be delivered to my home. Luckily I had been tracking the parcel and suspected it was going to the shop. I called the shop with my concerns and I asked if they could let me know if they received it. With the tracking informing me the parcel had been delivered and I hadn’t received it. I called the shop who had no knowledge of the delivery or my previous call. Eventually the parcel was found and I offered to pick it up as it was a birthday present for the following day. On arrival at the shop I was given the parcel and the staff member could now remember my first call. I am very disappointed in the service.
