About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I enjoy shopping at Infinity Motorcycles, both online at at their stores. In store the staff are very freindly and knowledgable. Online the prices are good and the exchange of goods (Because of size) is very quick. The points system needs addressing though as there is a flaw on the sysytem, currently I have points registered to 3 or 4 accounts. Would be good if they were all applied to one account and that account was recognised when I try to log in.”

“After hunting for this product with no success, I was recommended to try you. Having found what I needed, I ordered at very competitve price, plus a Christmas 20% discount, and the item was delivered next day. Couldn't wish for better.”

“Infinity is always my go-to for moto gear. I am so impressed by the service - sometimes ordering an item in the early evening and it arriving the next day! As a new rider, the helpfulness of Infinity staff going the extra mile - especially from my local Infinity store in Norwich - has been brilliant. I cannot recommend Infinity highly enough!”

“Excellent service by Henry in Farnborough store. He is very friendly and approachable. He has great knowledge on products and he knew the stuff. “I purchased a Nolan Helmet that was delivered promptly. I thought it to be a little heavy (certainly heavier than my existing flip up helmet) and I couldn’t fit my sena comms because helmet was too thick that the bracket would not fit so decided to return the helmet. The return service (parcelforce) was very slow and parcelforce’s tracking system was useless (when it had eventually arrived back at Infinity, parcelforce was still showing it was still at their hub. I ordered another helmet (Caberg Duke Evo) and Infinity dispatched this promptly. I was very happy with this helmet and Infinity refunded me for the returned helmet promptly. I would have given 5* but drop one because of the carrier they used for returns.”
