About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Helmet purchased online was too small at the faster so I visited the Huddersfield shop who were super helpful they fixed the fastener length and fitted my Sena mesh kit in the helmet which was v fiddly great service by the guys thank you”

“I use Infinity as my go-to supplier for motorcycle accessories online and also at the branch in Norwich. I've bought clothing, tools, communication equipment and other accessories for many years. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and the service both in-store and online is excellent. Definitely be using them again.”

“Bit of a weird order experience - I ordered four items and two arrived (in separate packages). The other two just didn’t show up and when I got in touch it turned out one was out of stock, although it was still available to order on the website. Unfortunately the OOS item was the reason I had placed the whole order, but hey ho. At least customer service was very helpful.”

“Bought many things from infinity and on Sunday ordered a kriega sling pro bag, it came Tuesday morning and I used it straight away couldn’t be happier comfy and practical. With quick delivery”

“The jacket I ordered arrived promptly. Unfortunately it did not fit but the returns procedure was very easy and cost me nothing. I received a refund as soon as the return arrived with them , Highly recommended - deal with confidence .”
