About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“My first visit with Infinity York, was one of great service when I purchased a full set of leathers and back protector. I required a new helmet this time purchased online and again great service and speedy delivery. My last visit was for a pair of winter gloves and having to try them on to get the size right I visited the York branch again only to have found it had moved location (a bit further down the road and not sure when that happened 😂). Great range of gloves was able to try on many types and sizes to gain the perfect fit. Once again very professional service. Highly recommend.”

“Bought a Spada jacket, got x2 sizes l and XL, the large was a little tight so opted for the XL. IM were very helpful in returning the L and refunding the money.”

“I bought the Alpinestars Shore Summer gloves from yourselves after seeing them at NEC Motorcycle live. I am very impressed with them, they are extremely comfortable and very well made, excellent value for money and I can't wait to try them out on my annual summer motorcycle trip to Portugal.”

“Looked at purchasing a helmet for my better half read up on the details seemed to good to be true , phoned the customer service where I reviewed with a very helpful chap on the phone who was a little unsure but explained returns wouldn't be an issue , he then proceeded to go through ebay detail of the products to make sure what I read was correct and they should be compatible and was surprised himself by the deal I'd found . I placed the order Monday afternoon and to my delight arrived home from work yesterday and it had arrived un boxed the helmet and intercom It was exactly what I was after . All round a great service and product for a brilliant helpful team I will be using you guys again thank you so much for your help and providing a great service, helmet and intercom to match”

“Great service and detailed advice from Mike, nothing was too much trouble. He has the patience of a Saint, fantastic customer service. Finally placed an order for my wife and myself, two pairs of Oxford Jeans and RST boots and looking forward to receiving them. Thanks Mike for your guidance patience and professionalism. Will definitely be ordering again soon. This level of service and products is key to ensure returning customers, I will be one, superb. Big shout out to Millie and Adrian at your Holborn Shop, they were also great when we visited in December.”
