About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Always great service and occasional good deals and sales! With price match I don't see the point of going elsewhere unless there's an off chance Infinity can't get the stock for a certain item. The Infinity service like discount codes for loyal customers, infinity points, and free postage back to home for boxed items I can't take on my bike make the difference.”

“I checked for a replacement battery for my headset all 3 were on the website no suggestion of stock issues. A couple of days later I got an email saying all the batteries were out of stock with no idea on when they might be in. Very frustrating”

“Mike Spinks Terrible employee, I have been an infinity customer for over 6 years, I bought two new motorcycles there, in 2017 and 2019, and several clothes,it took me several hours to choose the boot and helmet to buy because it seems to me that 80% of the products on the site are not available,I made the payment, received the confirmation and I don't care anymore, but a day later we would honor you sir mike decided to cancel my purchase due to suspected fraud,and the worst, I have the right to wait up to five days to get my money back,and until then I have to walk with my old and punctured boot, in the end lord mike only need to press a button and he cant could look up my name on his computer and avoid that!”

Hi Alex, I apologise for your most recent experience with Infinity Motorcycles. As a business, we take the security protocols we have in place very seriously to stop any fraudulent activity. If an order fails any of these checks, the protocol would be to cancel the order and process a refund. We suggest PayPal as an alternative payment as this is one of the safest methods of purchasing, which has the retailers and the customer protected. “By far the worst online retailer I've used. Bought some items from them, they never arrived. I complained in the first instance, that was over a week ago. Kept saying they'll get back to me, but they still haven't resolved it. Even had a visit from DPD asking if I got my parcel, I explained I hadn't. They have failed to deliver and kept my money, awful people.”

“I traveled back from Norway to pick up a new bike and whilst home ordered some new kit to go with it from Infinity Great Portland Street. The service from the area manager (Nik) and Gideon in the shop was second to none. Truly restored my faith in exceptional customer service and relations. They were absolutely faultless. What a great team and fully worthy of 5 stars. I will always use them in the future. John.”
