About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Quick and pleasant experiences unfortunately kit I purchased was for a newer intercom setup so had to return which isn't a problem as you receive a free of charge return label with purchase”

“Placed order which stated “ in stock “ paid for the item only to be told following day out of stock. Refunded but not the point. Learning outcomes keep up to date with your internet shop.”

“I ordered the motogirl leggings which were true to size although the long length are extra long even for me at 5ft 8 so I’m having them taken up just because they’re too thick rolled up to fit inside my boots. Also ordered the motogirl waterproof trousers. They’re really lightweight, so lightweight actually that I was sceptical about whether they would actually hold the water out. But I’m so impressed with them and highly recommend. Im a size 14 and I ordered a large size in both and fit great”

“Belfast store didn't have a sena cons in stock so I ordered it from GB.I then brought it to Boucher and one of the guys fitted it for me in 20 minutes...can't fault that for service.”

“Excellent service from infinity, very prompt. The over suit is one size bigger than usual simply to get it over knee sliders and shoulder protection. It comes in a bag but that bag still needs to go in your rucksack or carry bag on your tank, it's not a pack you can put around your waist on a belt. It's lightweight though. Not tried it out yet but other reviews give me the confidence that it will keep out the rain and wind.”
