About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“With the speed of delivery and the price I couldn't be happier. And the quality of the helmet I purchased, again I'm very happy. But I can't say the same for the Sena bluetooth intercom system I bought to go in the helmet. The volume when set at high is great when stationary, but as soon as you pull away you can't hear anything for wind noise. Cheers, Alex.”

“In store, Infinity Motorcycles are amazing, helpful and the staff can't do enough to help. Move to mail order and it's like a different company. I ordered a helmet with a card unit fitted which was done so poorly that you couldn't put your head in the helmet without breaking a headphone cable. Then I ordered a USB Furygan battery charger, was sent an EU plug one instead, the website couldn't handle a return, and when I used the packing slip nothing happened.... ever”

“Went to the York store and bought a set of waterproofs. The store was really busy with customers and deliveries. Nonetheless, the staff were friendly, helpful and gave their undivided attention. The guys there really know their stuff! It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. Will definitely be visiting again soon 😀👍”

“No motorcycle parking had to park on roadside path. And why have you set up two buying accounts so i have two sets of points. As i pay for my good with the same credit card. ?”

Hi Raymond, It's possible for multiple accounts to be created when your online account isn't linked to your Clubcard account or when one of our stores can't locate your account and unintentionally sets up a new one. In your situation, your online order automatically created a new account since it wasn't linked to your Clubcard account.
