About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“No motorcycle parking had to park on roadside path. And why have you set up two buying accounts so i have two sets of points. As i pay for my good with the same credit card. ?”

Hi Raymond, It's possible for multiple accounts to be created when your online account isn't linked to your Clubcard account or when one of our stores can't locate your account and unintentionally sets up a new one. In your situation, your online order automatically created a new account since it wasn't linked to your Clubcard account. “Off on a trip and needed a phone case quickly, ordered the exact one I wanted from infinity for the same price as the cheapest competitor and they delivered a couple of days later free of charge with 10% off my next order and points on my account. Can’t fault them thanks”

“Glasgow branch, no fuss, no bother, deal on new jacket, agreed within 10 minutes. Manager could have been slightly less formal, i.e. access/exit to the store to assist customer”

“The web sales system does not work in most browsers when paying for your purchase. Most of the products are more expensive than in other similar stores. Physical stores do not usually have the products that are on the web. Even so, I like the system of points and discounts that they have, although you cannot apply them to products that already have a discounted price. I like the customer service of the stores and that the store account is synchronized with the online account. You can find a bargain and it is worth visiting their website. I have bought and will continue to buy at Infinity because their products are of quality, although it is true that I will also continue to buy some products in other stores that, being the same, you find cheaper.”
