About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

I made an order for motorcycle clothing to the value of 717 pounds, paid for on my Abu Dhabi credit card. This amount was taken out, then the order was cancelled and I was refunded several days later, at a cost of over 30 pounds to me owing to exchange rate changes. The justification for this situation is that I that it didn't pass your checks, but no further explanation was provided. Result: 1. I wasted my valuable time. 2. I lost a substantial sum of money for no good reason. 3. Infinity lost a sizeable order. 4. Infinity lost a customer. I have never had this problem with any of your competitors. I suggest that you change your credit card checking system.

Hi Andrew, I apologise for your most recent experience with Infinity Motorcycles. As a business, we take the security protocols we have in place very seriously to stop any fraudulent activity. If an order fails any of these checks, the protocol would be to cancel the order and process a refund. We have a set email we send for this, along with a cancellation email. In the event that this did not happen, we apologise for this and are looking into why this has not happened. In relation to the amount that was refunded. We process a refund back onto the card that was used to purchase the goods, and if you have been given a different amount back from your bank account, you would need to chase this with them to get the correct figure back. You should note the previous transaction to them and ask for the figure back you initially paid. We are also not liable for any fees incurred when processing any international payments. We suggest PayPal as an alternative payment as this is one of the safest methods of purchasing, which has the retailers and the customer protected. I have left my jacket for the second time to be repaired due to the same problem because supposedly it had been repaired, but the same problem continues. It took 13 weeks for it to be returned to me, now we are going to see how long it will take for them to return it to me. Nor do they give you a replacement jacket as soon as yours arrives because supposedly they were going to call me to see if they would give me one so far I have not received any calls and let's wait and see if it doesn't take another 13 weeks like the previous time. I do not recommend buying a rukka brand jacket here because it does not have a good service. I will keep you informed about my experience so that you can determine if it is a good service thanks

Hi, I apologise for your experience with Infinity Motorcycles. When we send something off for warranty, the timing it will take, as well as the outcome, is always decided upon by the supplier. We do not have any say in this matter; however, I can assure you that our supplier does every test they can on our warrantied products. Keep sending the wrong product every time fed up of phoning up trying to explain which item’s I want, then have to go to the post office to return the wrong item back with a letter telling them which item I want only to receive the same item I’ve just sent back very poor service 😖

Placed order which stated “ in stock “ paid for the item only to be told following day out of stock. Refunded but not the point. Learning outcomes keep up to date with your internet shop.

Ordered an Oxford water seal overjacket and over trousers for next day delivery. Email told me they were in stock and being delivered next day. I had an email informing me that they will be delivered today Thursday 9th February and that I will get a text message informing me of imminent arrival. Nothing after waiting in all day. I had to email the courier on the night to tell him to deliver to the nearest post offic as I was out on a motorcycle rally for the weekend. When I collected them I found two jackets of different sizes instead of a jacket and trousers. I was informed over the phone that if I return them and email proof of mailing, they will then send me the correct trousers. Now Friday 17th February and still no trousers. Never Ever Again will I use this company!!!

Hi Sean, I am sorry about your recent experience with Infinity Motorcycles. I have looked into this, and I can see that this was ordered on the 08/02/2023 and dispatched to you on the 08/02/2023. I can also see that you collected this at the DPD pick-up shop on the 12/02/2023 and notified us about our picking error on the 13/02/2023; for this I apologise. I have asked our logistics team to send this out as soon as possible, as I can see that you dropped off the parcel at the Post Office this afternoon. Absolute waste of time. Said they could pricematch a helmet if I supplied a website and cost. I did , then they said ‘no, it’s not a medium, they only have small , large , Xl .. So we can’t. Don’t waste your time.

Whilst we do offer price matches, the product has to be immediately available from the competitor's website for us to offer the price match, as if you were to purchase it from the competitor, they wouldn't be able to supply you with the item. I hope this makes sense.  Thanks, Danielle

I don't know how the store is, it can have almost five stars where they don't treat the customer as they should treat the customer, they lie to the customer, saying one thing and then another. It does not matter if the customer waits a year or two months. I have had to file a complaint directly with the manufacturer and I have to wait for the manufacturer to answer me since this person is not responsible. I do not recommend that you buy anything here in this store.

I went today (18/12/2022) to Infinity's warehouse in Camberley with a friend. We were looking to buy an off-road helmet for me, and maybe a pair of trousers and a jacket for my friend. Unfortunately, the shopping experience was awful thanks to the three young lads from the Infinity's staff. They were just sitting and chatting at the entrance desk the whole time. I know that they are not obliged to help with other than stuff sold in the shop. But it would have been nice from them to at least try to run the extra mile. I kindly asked them for a charger for my helmet's intercom (by the way, both Schubert E1 and Cardo Freedom 4x bought online from Infinity a couple of years ago), and they told me that weren't allow to go to the office to get a charger and couldn't do anything about it. Fair enough. We my friend and I were trying some helmets on, and checking out some jackets and trousers. None of the three young lads came to offer any help or advice. The warehouse was freezing cold, so after a while I asked them if I could use the toilet. They told me that they weren't allow to let the customers use the toilet. I have used that toilet before, so I asked to talk to a manager to ask him/her directly for permission. They replied that the manager was not there, and that they were not going to call just to ask that question. So I obviously left without buying anything, so I could find a place with a toilet. I guess that the company lost a sale (or several as my friend left with me ad well) and perhaps even a loyal customer. Just bought online another E1 for my wife over a month ago. If customers make the effort to go shopping in a freezing weather like today's, it would be nice from Infinity's stuff members to appreciate this and be a bit more kind and helpful.

Hi, I am sorry to hear about your experience in the store on Sunday. I'm not sure if you were looking to purchase a charger or borrow one to charge the comms whilst in store however I am not aware of any spare charging cables. You are quite right, the warehouse has been absolutely freezing and I can imagine they were huddled under the one heater in the store but that doesn't for a second excuse them for not looking after the customers. Regarding toilet use, it's always a difficult one because we do not have specific customer toilets and we have always tried to be as accommodating as possible. Wrong item sent it took 13 days to get replacement, all sales could say they were busy because of all items being returned. Had I not contacted sales who knows how long it would have taken. Also a further issue when order arrived only 1 item was delivered but delivery note said 2 items were delivered.

Guys I ordered some trousers in the BF sale. I definitely ordered L and you sent me XXL Worse my correct address was on the order but your packers put a different postcode in your label system and sent the parcel to a completely different address. Luckily the very nice lady who received it rang you up and with the correct address delivered it to me. Worse still I have tried to order correct size but now out of stock 😫

Ordered batteries for my glove on 3/12, given delivery date of the 7/12, on the 10/12 told they don't have them. They are instock or not, kept me waiting for a week before telling 2 days after delivery was due. Curtesy cost nothing, very poor service.
