About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Ordered goods showing a 2-3 days delivery. On ordering this changed to 4-5 working days. I'm 12 days in and the goods have still not been despatched and I've had no contact. My first order and probably my last!

We failed to inform you of the delay in your order as a result of admin error, and we did not inform you of the item on backorder within a reasonable timeframe. I received my Dainese Laguna seca suit, firstly i was told u didn’t have the size I ordered and then after recieving the suit I came without the overshot that was in the description

We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible, however, due to the sheer number of products on our website, there are instances when an item is inadvertently described differently on our website. Hi Zlatizar, Firstly we'd like to thank you for taking the time to review your recent shopping experience with us. Your feedback is necessary for improving the shopping experience and providing the best service possible to customers such as yourself. The airbag vest you purchased is considered a Class 1 explosive product; an item our courier services refuse to ship abroad. We extend our fullest apologies for this, but we couldn’t avoid disappointment in this regard, as all couriers prohibit the transportation of dangerous goods overseas. We are in the process of updating these products to show this information. As for the late delivery date, we try to maintain full accuracy in the information we provide our customers. Our delivery dates are subject to change under certain circumstances i.e. courier or supplier issues, but we profusely apologise for the delayed delivery and understand your disappointment. Your feedback will be relayed to our administration team, who will address these issues in future. Took £200 for a full face helmet that wasn't in stock then held my money for 14 days before crediting it back to my account. Not impressed!

Hello Tim, Thank you for your review. I do apologise that is has taken some time for you to receive your refund from us. We try to maintain 100% accuracy on our stock levels at all times. However, with the sheer volume of products we have available for sale, and the demand for popular items at times exceeding our expectations, there are occasions where we experience an inventory error, or our stock is depleted. When this instance happens we do like to contact the customer and offer some alternatives that might suffice the original order. If you did not receive this then we can only apologise. We understand that we have let you down, and for that, we apologise profusely. An order was placed on your website, I paid for the goods, then 4 days later I received a phone call stating that the goods were not in stock, and wouldn't be for a further three weeks. I should not have been able to place an order for something not currently in stock. The team were very helpful on the phone

A item I ordered one of two got left out, didn't get any notification what happened, I was left to chase this up out of my own expense had to ring to find out , this is very poor customer service, and has put me off from using you again, and had to wait a another week for it to come.

The items from the order you placed on the 8th were sent from two different locations: one from one of our stores which was delivered to you on the 11th, and another from our suppliers. This product had a delivery date of 3 to 5 working days which was subject to change, but unfortunately, took a little longer to be sent to you for delivery on the 16th.
