About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Bought a pair of boots but phoned them prior to the purchase to see if they have it in stock or not as it was supposed to be a birthday gift and was told if the website shows it "In stock" then it's defo in stock and can be collected the same day. Order was placed but received an email saying that they don't actually have it in stock and must order it from the vendor. Arrived 7 days later. Very disappointed as it was supposed to be birthday gift. The staff were very friendly though.

Hi Behzad, I've had a look into what has happened with your order and can only apologise for the disappoint caused. The item you ordered were showing as "In Stock - Usually delivered within 2-3 working days" on our website. As your order was placed on 23/12/2020 at 17:36 for click & collect, it was not picked up until the next day on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, due to the time of year the supplier for these boots were closed until the New Year. There was an issue with our website with calculating the stock delivery times over the Christmas period so I apologise for this delay to yourself. I'll pass on your positive comments to the Clapham store, they are a great team in there. Kind regards, Tom

So far I am very disappointed, ordered my helmet online and it arrived 4 days later, sun visor completely broken, fair enough these things happen. Returned the helmet and they sent out a replacement, sun visor broken. Both helmets came from the same shop, completely incompetent if you can't check a replacement helmet for a customer who has already been giving a broken one. I have scheduled another return and will probably get another broken helmet,

It took a long time to be delivered, while I was waiting I didn't get any email, any update, any tracking number, nothing, I will never buy again, thanks.

Hi, I'm sorry you were unhappy with your order. We expected to deliver your order within 2-3 working days, with an estimated delivery date of December 1st, which was communicated to you via email at the time of purchase. However, we did have a global message on our website to expect slight delays due to the increase in orders during Black Friday. We sent you a tracking notification via SMS on the 30th Nov, and your order was delivered on December 2nd. I understand your disappointment that your order was a bit later than expected, but due to Black Friday and the holiday season, we did precaution customers to expect shipping delays. Please understand this was not a reflection of our usual processes and delivery times. If you were to shop with us again, we will process and deliver your items as quickly as possible, but during the busiest commercial times of the year, longer delivery times are to be expected. I ordered a Richa laminated jacket and trousers. You sent the wrong model jacket. I received the correct trousers but clearly they were a previously returned item as there were no tags, labels or even receipt. They weren’t even in any kind of package or bag. A total disappointment, all items returned and order cancelled.

Item never arrived. Then weeks later parcel force claim to have relieved and yet no card left and don’t have my items . Avoid at all costs !

Really disappointed this time. Incorrect item received. Returned straight away. Didn't receive apology voucher until I chased it. Week later hadn't received correct item. In the end had to cancel. Ordered from sportsbikeshop and received item next day no problem. Haven't used infinity since.

I received a leather jacket and when it came it had a security tag on it, I had no way of taking it off so I took it to my local Infinity shop which was a 38 mile round trip but they had no way of taking it off and when I suggested exchanging it for one in the they shop they refused, the only advice they could give was to take it to a shop that could remove it, I feel they where very unhelpful. I also emailed yourselves to get advise but didn’t get a reply, between this problem and problems my son has had with buying from Infinity I have decided not to purchase from Infinity Motorcycles again, Very disappointing

I bought a spada waterproof boots and the box comes with water and the boots they are not waterproof. I bought as well a tracksuit and the trousers they comes almost two weeks after my order . Very disappointed

Very unprofessional company ! Aaron Thompson your customer services is appalling, why bother emailing me , and tell me you will look into the matter when you know you have no interest in correcting the company's failures, once again very unprofessional and appalling service.

When I got to Infinity Southampton the customer service was appalling. I was told I wasn’t “meant to have come today” and “who told you it was ready” despite me having a click and collect today order. To make matters worse the employee proceeded to tell me “he didn’t get paid for anything extra” several times when I asked him if he would assist me in fitting my Sena to my helmet. All in all I will be avoiding that store again and will head to the Oxford branch where the staff were much more friendly and helpful!

This is my second bad experience I was waiting my parcel when I got an sms telling me that parcelforce have attempted to deliver my parcel and I wasn’t at home, and that an attempted delivery card will have been left giving me further details on what to do next . But of course they didn’t leave anything. Same experience as before the first time I asked my money back now I need the trouser I ordered. Can you please tell me how I’ll get it before Sunday ?

Hi Iyad, I sincerely apologise for the issues you have been experiencing regarding your orders. Our courier services had difficulty delivering to your address, and it looks like from your tracking history that there appears to have been multiple deliveries attempted but failed, and in the end the order was delivered back to us. POOR SERVICE! I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!!! I placed an order on the 26/08/2020 at the store in Chiswick for a helmet and a moto bundle for my phone that would cost me £89.00 with Dess to collect on the 07/09/2020, so plenty of time. On the 28/08/2020 I went back to the store to try the helmet and I spoke with Laura which told me that the bundle hadn't been ordered yet and that Dess hadn't told her anything about it as she is the manager. Anyway, that was still more than a week ahead for her to place the order as I was gonna collect later on. On the date of the collection I got everything but the Bundle as Dess said it wasn't ordered by Laura. Anyway, as she was't at the store he promised me to take care of it. A day later they called me saying that they don't do the bundle for my phone anymore and that they were gonna order an universal one. They did and they sent to my house which arrived on the 11/09/2020, however the one I wanted and paid for had a cover to protect against the rain and cost me £89.00 and the one they sent me cost around £69.00 and didn't have the protection I needed and they did't bother to mention that, only when I saw the product I realised what they did. I called the store and spoke with Nick, which claims to be the manager, I explained to him what happened and after 13 minutes he called me back and tell me that they will exchange the one they sent for an inferior one and refund me the money, but if I wanted it for today 11/09/2020 I would have to go to the store to exchange and get my money back, otherwise I would get only on Monday and the money only when I would go to the store. I gotta say, the service and the knowledge of the staff was very poor. Specially when it comes to sort it out issues like this, even thought after I spent more than £600.00 in the store. I am very disappointed and I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH INFINITY AGAIN!!!
