About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Absolute waste of time. Said they could pricematch a helmet if I supplied a website and cost. I did , then they said ‘no, it’s not a medium, they only have small , large , Xl .. So we can’t. Don’t waste your time.”

Hi Lee, Apologies for your most recent experience with Infinity Motorcycles. Whilst we do offer price matches, the product has to be immediately available from the competitor's website for us to offer the price match, as if you were to purchase it from the competitor, they wouldn't be able to supply you with the item. “Ordering and delivery was smooth and easy. Price for the motorcycle rain cover was competitive. Both me and the bike are a lot happier now as the cover fits well and has so far protected from the elements including heavy rain frost and snow.”

“Ordered trousers which came very quickly, had to send them back as the size I ordered didn't fit. Had a replacement delivered in a week and the trousers are brilliant! Great quick service with a quality product, will be ordering again soon!!!”

“!st time on using company, couple of t shirts came to small, Danielle was excellent and arranged larger size to be sent all be it one was discontinued hence refund but have since ordered more, great service and at least they care about doing the right thing by the customer, defo use them again...good service..Thanks Ian..”
