About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Bought a new liner for my Shoei nxr. Free post and packing and delivery, excellent service. 10% off voucher in the delivery so bought new cheek pads for the same helmet. Very pleased with my buys.”

“Disappointing. One of the items I ordered was clearly shop soiled and looked used. It wasn’t in the original packaging and was cable tied together with a hand written label to identify the product. It looked secondhand! I contacted you immediately- the email replies from you gave no senders name and no effort was made to deal with it quickly. Instead you insisted I send you proof I’d returned the item (proof of posting) before you’d send a replacement! I saw no reason why the least you could do was send an immediate replacement. I had to incur unnecessary inconvenience and cost going to the Post Office. Overall very disappointed to get a shop soiled / used item and that no effort was made to resolve this quickly.”

Hi Philip Gahan, your parcel was returned today and refunded at 12 pm. The refund can take 3-5 days to be processed with you. I can see that you were notified of the delay of your order on the 28/06/2023, I do apologise that this was a delayed reaction on our part. “Just back from a second visit to the York store with a shiny new lid. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, got superb advice on both visits and nothing was too much trouble. Even save a couple of hundred quid, bonus! Even though it's a hundred mile round trip they're definitely my 'go-to' store from now on.”

“Waited patiently for a month and then you send completely the wrong size? They are in there way back to you for a full refund. I will not be ordering anything else from you.”
