About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Initially purchased a full set of gear from their website for doing my tests soon. Unfortunately, most of it didn't fit and so after taking advantage of their free returns policy and sending back what wouldn't work, decided to travel the hour or so to the nearest branch (York) to see some stuff in person. As a bigger guy, I'm always a bit hesitant to try things on in stores but in this situation, it had to be done. Shortly after walking in the door I was approached by a staff member and asked if I needed a hand. I explained that I had had a bit of trouble getting stuff that fitted, and needed to work out what options I had. The guy who I dealt with was super understanding to walked me round looking for jackets and boots, as well as advised on the best way to get some trousers that will work for me. He had a brilliant understanding of different styles of jackets and knew which ones were sized a little bigger so that it would give me some space to move, without compromising on protection. Despite the unfortunate situation with the initial online order, I cannot fault the experience in the York store, and I wish I knew the name of the guy who I dealt with to give him a shoutout. Will 100% be going back there for gear in the future, my only gripe is there should be more stores so I didn't have to drive an hour to get to you xD”
