About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Bought a pair of boots but too small, and the lady at infinity sorted my return out and advised me the best way to order another pair, as I was going away.”

“Very disappointed I ordered a new Halvarsson jacket. Payment taken Expected delivery within a few days. Delivery date past contacted shop to be told it was still abroad and no delivery date available this should be made clear at the ordering stage as I may have changed my mind! Then to get email asking for feed back on my purchase Please do better infinity”

“After ordering the product it was sent out incorrectly, then after having to honour of my way three time to drop it off at the post office as the post age labels weren’t working, I was promised as soon as it been registered at the post office they would send out the correct one. 5 days after send it back and getting the email to say that it’s on it way still nothing. I rang up and was told, oh sorry I forgot to send the replacement out 🤬🤬🤬🤬”

“I purchased a Rukka jacket for my missis, it was too small so we used the returns service no issues, within 48 hours we had the correct size item. Brilliant service from Louise the returns manager who kept me up to date and got the replacement to us before the weekend when we needed it for. Many thanks 🙏”

“An outstanding customer service experience. I cannot praise this company enough, I will definitely use them again. Their comms were faultless, they didn't promise anything they couldn't deliver, and they did deliver exactly what they promised. They resolved a small issue to do with DPD without hesitation, which wasn't their fault at all. This aside, I would still have given a 5* review for the customer service prior to this. Truly worth using and you can't say that about a lot of companies these days so if you find a "goodun" use it or lose it.”
