About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Would have been 5 star but came in clear plastic and my partner ( for whom it was a gift) answered the door, so now knows what it is. But great quality and excellent price. Looks nice under his " baby". Now I'll have to buy something else . Thanks!🤣🤣”

“Bought a shoei flip helmet incredibly comfortable but I’m a bit disappointed as the inside visor keeps steaming up even with ventilation vents open, I didn’t expect this to be an issue with this model and make especially with its high price, or have I got a dud one”

“Always shop with Infinity staff have always been nice and helpful. The shop can be hit and miss in terms of stock and you can feel like you have to "rummage". Easier online if the sizes are in etc. Also if a delivery turns up all the staff can be distracted, not their fault, so timing is key”

“Would have been 5 star but they left the security tag on (postal order) and told me to go to the local supermarket to get it off. I looked like a a shoplifter 🤣 Otherwise, great 👍”

“They would have got 5 stars had they sent the right-sized product. I ordered 2XL, the invoice said 2XL yet in the package was XL! Still seems pretty easy to exchange!”

“Ordered a helmet on the 25th August that should of arrived by the 30th. Still hadn't arrived by the 31st so I contacted infinity. They said it was coming from the supplier as there inventory was incorrect and they had none in stock. Hopefully it will arrive on the 2nd September or 5th September. Other than this they've always been great.”
