About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Could not complete ordered boots due to you cancelling order due to a fraud issue so I went back to amazon and brought from them once again james

Hi, I apologise for your most recent experience with Infinity Motorcycles. As a business, we take the security protocols we have in place very seriously to stop any fraudulent activity. If an order fails any of these checks, the protocol would be to cancel the order and process a refund. We suggest PayPal as an alternative payment as this is one of the safest methods of purchasing, which has the retailers and the customer protected. Not informed products were out of stock, I had to call 4 days after the expected delivery date to be told. Informed someone would call Monday afternoon, again i had to call to confirm products would not arrive in time. Requested refund.

Order placed 10 days ago with an estimated delivery of 2 days after that. No sign of order and no Comms from Infinity.

Absolutely terrible service. I can't stress enough how dissatisfied I am with the communication and service I have received from infinity motorcycles. Returned a pair of jeans 3 times because the wrong leg length was sent out. Spent ages on the phone trying to sort out the issue, several emails, several trips to the post office to return the items. Complete waste of my time. It is nearly one month since I first ordered the jeans. Still waiting for the correct pair of jeans. In addition my whole order was sent out in 3 separate orders (despite the order confirmation giving one delivery date), which meant that I have to either be at home for the delivery or go to whether the delivery driver had dropped it off to. My local Homebase, which is not local to me. Spoke to several telephone staff about the whole situation, and ended up having to speak to an infinity motorcycles manager. The gentlemen sounded helpful on the phone and offered compensation, however I have had no communication from him since, none whatsoever! I have made many orders with infinity motorcycles now and in the past, but as it stands now I will not purchase anything from them again. Scott Coxhead

Upon reviewing your case, we found that the incorrect leg length was a mistake on our part. However, we would like to clarify that the jeans' fit issue you experienced was not due to an incorrect size being dispatched after the initial order. Our online manager, Mike, spoke with you over the phone and acknowledged the fault. He assured you that we would resolve the situation and discussed compensation options. We received the second pair of jeans you sent back for exchange on June 17, 2023. Since our Warranty and Returns department is closed on weekends, the first chance we had to process your return was this morning (June 19, 2023). The correct size, measured by Mike to ensure you would have the correct size, has been dispatched today. You should expect the jeans to arrive within 1 to 2 working days. We have also made notes of the compensation discussed, and once the issue is fully resolved, Mike will contact you as soon as possible. Placed an order at the weekend. It said when placing the order the delivery estimate was the 6th of June . I haven’t even had a confirmation email yet to say it’s been posted . In future I will go back to ordering from SPORTSBIKESHOP, they always deliver on time.

Not sure if this is a scam site, i placed an order on Saturday 3rd June, payment has been taken out of my account, but have not received any email confirmation and can’t see my order details on the website either, tried to call during opening hours and voice recording says they are closed, if i don’t hear back, it seems I’ve lost £170. Not happy,

I went online to order ‘online’ gift vouchers. What an absolute rigmarole, I’ve no idea if I have them or not, where they are or where they’ve been sent to??? I put in an email address expecting them to be instantly available. I was directed to some page that offered them to be ‘available in store’ or ‘sent to me’. I selected the sent to me option (why would anyone want to collect ONLINE vouchers in store????) and was met with a message saying it may take two days 😫. I’m none the wiser.

absolute joke of a service, looks like there is a similar trend the past few months reading reviews. 5 stars reviews? not sure where that comes from because I have had 0.5 star experience. 1st visor and pinlock arrived late. 2nd wrong items received, 3rd correct item never arrived, asked for updates and the possibility of a partial refund due to poor service. gave full refund and cancelled order. sounds to me they had no intentions of ever sending the order and dragged me along. take it for me spend the extra 5 pound and support your local guys.

In store, Infinity Motorcycles are amazing, helpful and the staff can't do enough to help. Move to mail order and it's like a different company. I ordered a helmet with a card unit fitted which was done so poorly that you couldn't put your head in the helmet without breaking a headphone cable. Then I ordered a USB Furygan battery charger, was sent an EU plug one instead, the website couldn't handle a return, and when I used the packing slip nothing happened.... ever

Before buy suitrain online saying 3-5 working days delivery(was 9 of May)Now is 22 of May still waiting delivery. And I think they still not aware that delivery is not done,because they sent me rewiew about my experience.

Purchased a Jacket, which is fine, but overpriced and found cheaper on another site. Carriage was expensive, and to cap it off had to pay another 60 euros for duty into Ireland..... Don't buy goods from the UK unless they are being given away

Mike Spinks Terrible employee, I have been an infinity customer for over 6 years, I bought two new motorcycles there, in 2017 and 2019, and several clothes,it took me several hours to choose the boot and helmet to buy because it seems to me that 80% of the products on the site are not available,I made the payment, received the confirmation and I don't care anymore, but a day later we would honor you sir mike decided to cancel my purchase due to suspected fraud,and the worst, I have the right to wait up to five days to get my money back,and until then I have to walk with my old and punctured boot, in the end lord mike only need to press a button and he cant could look up my name on his computer and avoid that!

By far the worst online retailer I've used. Bought some items from them, they never arrived. I complained in the first instance, that was over a week ago. Kept saying they'll get back to me, but they still haven't resolved it. Even had a visit from DPD asking if I got my parcel, I explained I hadn't. They have failed to deliver and kept my money, awful people.

Very disappointed I ordered a new Halvarsson jacket. Payment taken Expected delivery within a few days. Delivery date past contacted shop to be told it was still abroad and no delivery date available this should be made clear at the ordering stage as I may have changed my mind! Then to get email asking for feed back on my purchase Please do better infinity

After ordering the product it was sent out incorrectly, then after having to honour of my way three time to drop it off at the post office as the post age labels weren’t working, I was promised as soon as it been registered at the post office they would send out the correct one. 5 days after send it back and getting the email to say that it’s on it way still nothing. I rang up and was told, oh sorry I forgot to send the replacement out 🤬🤬🤬🤬
