About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Sent wrong bike cover but wouldn’t hold that against them .Contacted Glasgow who had right product in store they put it aside til I could get in to swap other than the inconvenience of travelling to Glasgow still a good experience store in Glasgow very helpful even bought some gloves while there”

“I purchased an item on line and on receipt it was too large. I returned it and received a refund. I tried to order the smaller size but it wasn't available on line so I called the customer number. The lady couldn't have been more helpful, she checked the stock and the item I wanted was available. She organised next delivery as I was going on a touring holiday to France in a few days. The item was received the next day and proved excellent for my trip. Infinity will be my first company for future purchases.”

“Hi All I am very happy with the purchased product, RICHA RAIN WARRIOR JACKET, your descriptions are right and the prices are also ok, I am not complaining about this. But if I had paid more attention to your delivery service, DPD, I honestly wouldn't have bought anything. In my opinion they are the worst for deliveries, their drivers are super fast, I have seen the back of the van twice and there was nothing I could do, I had to pay a difference to have weekend delivery, otherwise I was still in a rush, to try to reach my delivery.”
