“We had a bad start with a 2 week delivery without being advised of the delay. That being said, they sorted it out with some calls and the items were delivered. The delivery was undamaged due to good packaging, not one stone was broken. We will order again as we are looking for paving.”

“the palets were very difficult to unpack . the delivery company used was very bad at communicating and at loading up their lorry . they loaded 2 of the pallets so that they could not be unloaded with its pallet truck . such idiots . they had to return to the depot to have it re loaded . they said that they would return in 2 or 3 hours but failed to do so . they also failed to communicate to that effect and failed to update the tracking . they sent a text on the following tuesday at 08.50 saying that they would be returning between 09.06 and 11.06 . this not being enough time allowing me to get to site .”

“My dealing with this company has been great, ordered 20m² of sawn and honed, mint, sandstone on a Monday afternoon and had my order delivered on the Friday morning. The Delivery driver was extremely helpful. As I unpacked the slabs i was impressed by the level of effort that had been put into keeping them safe in transit. Not a single broken one in the pack. The quality of the product had me impressed to. With natural stone you would expect a few that looked less attractive. But every stone from the pack was perfect. no chips, no natural defects. It made laying them a delight. 10/10 would recommend.”

“The paving I ordered arrived on the day they were due, I had texts from palletways, the delivery company, informing me of day of delivery and texts on the day giving me delivery times. The delivery man was very helpful and put them exactly where we wanted them. The only negative was that I didn't get an email confirmation received at point of order, so I wondered if it had gone through ok I was very pleased with the slabs and they were a very good price.”
